Disney Media Networks have announced an agreement which will include the launch of ad supported YouTube channels featuring professionally edited short-form content from ESPN and the Disney /ABC and ESPN channels. ESPN will be the first to be launched in mid April followed by Disney and ABC in early May.

As part of the agreement Disney Media Network will have control over display ad content and will receive generated advertising revenue.
